Upon successful purchase, the following digital assets and services will be provided to the customer:

Expertsbazaar Trading Software

Lifetime Validity: You will receive full and permanent access to the Expertsbazaar software.

This includes:

• Stock scanners
• Trade setups and analysis tools
• Indicators and market structure-based insights
• Updates (if any) rolled out during the validity of the software

Note: This is a one-time digital product and is non-transferable.

3-Month Mentorship Program

• You will be entitled to receive 3 months of guided mentorship, starting from the date of purchase.
• The mentorship includes:
• Live trading sessions (Morning)
• Evening concept classes
• Q&A and strategy discussions
• Community access for ongoing doubts during the mentorship period

Note: After the 3-month mentorship period, access to mentorship, classes, and support will be discontinued.

Refund Policy

We offer limited refunds based on the nature of the product:

Software Access – No Refund

As the Expertsbazaar Software is a digitally delivered lifetime product, no refunds will be entertained for the software once it is delivered or activated. By completing the purchase, you agree to waive your right to request a refund for the digital asset.

Mentorship Program – Partial Refund Policy

Refunds are allowed only for the mentorship portion of the product and are calculated based on usage:

• If refund is requested within the first month:
• Two months’ mentorship fee will be refunded
• If refund is requested within the second month:
• One month’s mentorship fee will be refunded
• After completion of 3 months:
• No refund applicable

Note: The refund amount will be processed after deducting the mentorship cost of the used months, calculated on a monthly basis. The decision of Expertsbazaar will be final in any refund-related matter.

Support Policy

• Active support (WhatsApp/email/live sessions) will be available only during the 3-month mentorship period.
• Post mentorship period, users can continue to use the software independently, but no support (technical or strategic) will be offered.

Usage Terms

• You are purchasing a single-user license. Sharing or distributing the software access or mentorship content to others will be considered a violation and may result in termination of access without notice or refund.
• The software and educational content provided are for educational purposes only and do not constitute financial advice.

Legal Disclaimer

• Trading and investing involve risk. Expertsbazaar is not responsible for any financial losses incurred.
• The customer is solely responsible for their trading decisions and is advised to consult with a certified financial advisor before trading with real capital.

By purchasing the Expertsbazaar Software + Mentorship Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
