We do not provide investment advice, specific stock tips, or buy/sell recommendations. You are solely responsible for all your trading decisions.
Serious retail traders who want to build a structured, rule-based approach to intraday trading. Suitable for beginners with some market exposure and experienced traders looking to rebuild their approach on a solid foundation. It is not suitable for anyone seeking guaranteed returns, passive income, or someone to manage their money.
The programme focuses on intraday trading of Indian equity markets — primarily Nifty, BankNifty, and liquid large-cap stocks. The framework taught is applicable across all timeframes and instruments, but live sessions focus on Indian index and equity markets during market hours.
Sessions are conducted live during market hours. This is intentional — real-time market analysis cannot be replicated in a recording. Live participation is strongly encouraged. Replays may be made available via Discord for reference but are not a substitute for attending live.
The Most Important Terms & Conditions (MITC) is a SEBI-mandated document that every Research Analyst must provide to clients. It covers the scope of research services, fee caps, our conflict-of-interest policy, the no-execution clause (we cannot trade on your behalf), grievance redressal process, and data usage policy. You will receive and review this before any enrolment — it protects your rights as a client.
CeFCoM stands for Centralised Fee Collection Mechanism — a SEBI-introduced optional payment system for paying fees to registered Research Analysts and Investment Advisers. It is optional, not mandatory. You can pay fees directly via bank transfer as well. We will guide you on the payment process during enrolment.
After enrolment and KYC completion via the client portal, you receive: access to proprietary TradingView indicators, Discord community membership (live alerts, trade planning discussions, Q&A), WhatsApp group access for updates, 1-on-1 mentorship call scheduling with Ashutosh, and access to AI research tools (RF AI Intraday Analyst and Market Report).

Investment Adviser (IA) — Advisory Services

The RA programme (INH000020679) is a trading education service — it teaches you how to analyse markets and build a trading approach. The IA services (INA000019974) are personalised investment advisory on your actual financial situation, portfolio, and goals. They are completely separate services maintained at arm’s length per our SEBI undertaking. A client of one service cannot simultaneously avail the other.
Yes, without exception. SEBI Investment Adviser Regulations 2013 require all IAs to complete KYC verification for every client before providing any investment advice. This is a regulatory requirement, not a formality. It also includes a risk profiling assessment and a suitability check to ensure all advice is appropriate for your specific financial situation.
The Portfolio Review is a one-time comprehensive review of your existing investments — covering what you hold, whether it aligns with your goals, and what changes may be appropriate. Long-term Advisory is an ongoing annual engagement where we build a personalised investment plan and review it quarterly as your goals and circumstances evolve. Both are under SEBI IA registration INA000019974.
No. As a SEBI registered Investment Adviser, ExpertsBazaar provides advice only. All investment decisions, fund transfers, and execution are entirely your responsibility. We do not hold, manage, or operate any client funds. This is a strict regulatory requirement under SEBI IA Regulations and is stated clearly in our advisory agreement.
The fee is discussed and agreed upon during the initial consultation call, then confirmed in writing in the advisory agreement before any work begins. There are no hidden charges. Under SEBI regulations, fees cannot exceed ₹1,51,000 per annum per client under fixed fee mode. We operate a fee-only model — no commissions, no distribution incentives, no third-party payments of any kind.
Our primary scope covers SEBI-regulated instruments — equity, mutual funds, and related securities. For products outside SEBI’s purview such as insurance or real estate, we can share general observations but not formal regulated advice. A client declaration will be obtained for any such products as required by SEBI IA guidelines.
No. SEBI strictly prohibits Investment Advisers from guaranteeing returns or making performance promises. All investments carry market risk and outcomes depend on market conditions, your own decisions, and your investment horizon. We provide professional, structured advice — not promises about market performance.

Yes. ExpertsBazaar has provided a formal undertaking to SEBI confirming that RA (INH000020679) and IA (INA000019974) services are maintained at arm’s length and strictly segregated. Separate processes, client records, agreements, and compliance frameworks are maintained for each registration. A client enrolled in the RA programme cannot simultaneously avail IA advisory services, and vice versa.
