ExpertsBazaar is regulated under the SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014 as amended.

| No Execution | ExpertsBazaar cannot and does not execute trades on behalf of any client. You are advised not to permit ExpertsBazaar to execute any trade on your behalf. |
| No Guaranteed Returns | No guaranteed returns, profit assurances, or performance promises are made. Past educational outcomes are not indicative of future trading results. |
| Conflict of Interest | ExpertsBazaar does not have any material conflict of interest with any client. No proprietary trading positions are taken in instruments discussed in educational sessions. |
| CeFCoM | Clients may optionally use the SEBI Centralised Fee Collection Mechanism (CeFCoM) for fee payment. Direct bank transfer is also accepted. |
| Data Usage | Client data collected during KYC and enrolment is used solely to provide the research service. Not shared with third parties for marketing. See Privacy Policy for full details. |
| AI Tools Disclosure | ExpertsBazaar uses AI-powered research tools (RF AI Intraday Analyst, Market Report) to supplement market analysis. Clients are informed of AI tool usage at onboarding. |
| Grievance Redressal | Complaints to be addressed to [email protected]. Unresolved complaints may be escalated to BSE RAASB or SEBI SCORES portal. |
| Termination | Either party may terminate the research service engagement as per the terms stated in the enrolment agreement. Refund terms are stated therein. |
| Record Retention | All client records, research reports, and communications are maintained for a minimum of 5 years as required by SEBI RA Regulations. |
Trading in securities markets involves a high degree of risk. The following risks are inherent in all trading and investment activity:
- The value of securities can go up as well as down. You may lose more than your initial investment.
- Past performance of any educational content, indicator, or analysis framework is not indicative of future trading results.
- Intraday trading involves additional risks including leverage risk, liquidity risk, and execution risk.
- Market conditions can change rapidly. Educational frameworks may not apply in all market conditions.
- No representation is made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those discussed in educational content.
Clients are advised to trade only within their personal financial capacity and risk tolerance, after conducting independent due diligence, and after consulting a qualified financial adviser if required.
ExpertsBazaar also holds SEBI Investment Adviser registration (INA000019974). As per an undertaking given to SEBI, RA and IA services are strictly segregated and maintained at arm’s length. Clients enrolled in the RA research service cannot simultaneously avail IA advisory services. Separate agreements, processes, records, and compliance frameworks are maintained for each registration.
All proprietary indicators, educational content, session recordings, materials, and frameworks provided by ExpertsBazaar are the intellectual property of Ashutosh Kumar Gupta / ExpertsBazaar. These may not be copied, shared, redistributed, or commercially used without explicit written permission.
This disclaimer and all terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Gurugram, Haryana, and the regulatory jurisdiction of SEBI and BSE RAASB.
