• “Website”: Refers to expertsbazaar.com and all its pages, subdomains, and client portal.
• “User” / “you”: Any person accessing or using the Website or any ExpertsBazaar service.
• “RA Service”: The Intraday Trading System education programme provided under SEBI RA registration INH000020679.
• “IA Service”: Portfolio Review and Long-term Advisory services provided under SEBI IA registration INA000019974.
• “Content”: All text, graphics, indicators, videos, session recordings, tools, and materials on the Website or provided as part of any service.
• “SEBI”: Securities and Exchange Board of India.

By accessing this Website, submitting any form, enrolling in any service, or engaging ExpertsBazaar in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Use in full, along with our Privacy Policy.

For RA services, these Terms are supplemented by the RA Disclaimer & MITC. For IA services, they are supplemented by the IA Disclosure Document. In the event of any conflict, the service-specific document prevails.

ExpertsBazaar provides two categories of regulated services:

• Research Analyst (RA) Service — INH000020679: Structured trading education programme covering intraday market analysis, trading frameworks, proprietary TradingView indicators, and live market sessions. Educational only — not investment advice.
• Investment Adviser (IA) Service — INA000019974: Personalised investment advisory including portfolio review and long-term goal-based advisory. Subject to KYC, risk profiling, and advisory agreement. Not available simultaneously with RA services.

ExpertsBazaar also provides free educational resources, articles, and AI research tools on the Website. All free content is for informational purposes only and does not constitute investment advice.

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Website or engage any ExpertsBazaar service.
• You must be a resident of India or otherwise legally permitted to access financial education and advisory services under your local laws.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
• For IA services, you must be able to complete SEBI-mandated KYC verification.
• You may not use this Website if you have previously been barred from accessing financial services by any regulatory authority.

The general content of this Website — including articles, resources, blog posts, social media content, webinar recordings, and free tools — does not constitute investment advice, a stock recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any security.

• Enrolment fees are as disclosed and agreed before payment. Refund terms are stated in the enrolment agreement.
• ExpertsBazaar reserves the right to remove a client from the programme for misuse, harassment, sharing of proprietary content, or violation of these Terms.

• IA services are provided under SEBI Investment Adviser registration INA000019974 and are subject to the IA Disclosure Document.
• KYC verification, risk profiling, suitability assessment, and signing of the advisory agreement are mandatory before any advice is given. No exceptions.
• IA and RA services are strictly segregated. A client enrolled in the RA programme cannot simultaneously avail IA services.
• ExpertsBazaar does not execute trades, manage portfolios, or hold funds on behalf of any IA client.
• All advice is given on a fee-only basis. No commissions, referral fees, or third-party incentives are accepted.
• No guaranteed returns are promised or implied. All investments carry market risk.
• The advisory relationship may be terminated by either party per the terms of the advisory agreement.

• All fees are disclosed in writing before any service commences. No fees are charged without prior written agreement.
• Fees are subject to SEBI-prescribed caps applicable to Research Analysts and Investment Advisers respectively.
• Payment may be made via CeFCoM (SEBI Centralised Fee Collection Mechanism) or direct bank transfer.
• Fees once paid are subject to the refund policy stated in the individual service agreement (RA enrolment form or IA advisory agreement).
• ExpertsBazaar issues receipts and invoices for all fees received.
• Any taxes applicable on fees (including GST, if applicable) are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise stated.

All content on this Website and provided as part of any ExpertsBazaar service — including but not limited to text, graphics, session content, proprietary TradingView indicators, frameworks, tools, videos, and the ExpertsBazaar brand — is the exclusive intellectual property of Ashutosh Kumar Gupta / ExpertsBazaar.

• You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, publish, or commercially exploit any content without prior written permission.
• Proprietary indicators are licensed for personal use only. Sharing indicator access codes, invite links, or screenshots of proprietary tools is a violation of these Terms.

This Website contains links to third-party platforms including TradingView, Discord, WhatsApp, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), GoHighLevel, and AI tools. ExpertsBazaar is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of these third-party platforms.

• TradingView, Discord, and WhatsApp are independent platforms with their own terms and privacy policies.
• AI research tools (RF AI Intraday Analyst, Market Report by Zing & RF) are third-party GPT tools. Their outputs are for reference only and do not constitute investment advice from ExpertsBazaar.
• Any transactions or interactions on third-party platforms are solely between you and those platforms.

This Website and all content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement

• Disruption to service caused by factors outside our reasonable control (including but not limited to exchange outages, internet failure, or force majeure events)

In any event, ExpertsBazaar’s maximum liability to you shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the relevant service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ExpertsBazaar, Ashutosh Kumar Gupta, and all team members from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms of Use
• Your misuse of any content or proprietary materials
• Your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights
• Any trading decisions made based on educational content

ExpertsBazaar reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Website, client portal, or any service at any time, without notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms of Use
• Sharing or redistributing proprietary content
• Abusive behaviour toward team members or other clients
• Non-payment of agreed fees
• Fraudulent or misleading conduct

Termination of a specific service is additionally governed by the terms in the relevant service agreement. Upon termination, your licence to use all proprietary content and indicators ceases immediately.

ExpertsBazaar may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via:

• An updated “Last updated” date on this page
• Email notification to active clients where the change materially affects their rights
• A website notice for significant changes

Your continued use of the Website or services after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including but not limited to:

• The Information Technology Act, 2000 (as amended)
• The Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023
• The Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 and regulations thereunder
• The Indian Contract Act, 1872

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana, and the regulatory jurisdiction of SEBI, BSE RAASB, and BSE IAASB as applicable.

For RA and IA service disputes, the grievance redressal process outlined on the Grievance page must be followed before initiating any legal proceedings.
